Among the members of My Hero Academia’s League of Villains, Toga Himiko stands out as one of the most terrifying, possessing a deceptively simple yet extraordinarily effective Quirk. Her Transform Quirk operates as its name implies, enabling her to “transform” into any individual she desires by ingesting a small amount of their blood. This allows her to immediately assume their identity, including their appearance, attire, and voice, albeit temporarily.
Cosplayer @im_jennjenn._ appears to have mastered Toga Himiko’s menacing look, almost as if they have harnessed the Transform Quirk themselves. The cosplay features Toga’s typical attire: a white sweater paired with a navy blue skirt adorned with a pattern of white lines along the hem.
The ensemble resembles a schoolgirl uniform, complemented by a navy and white striped collar that matches the skirt and a vibrant red scarf tied at the front, adding a burst of color. A utility belt encircles their waist, mirroring the one Toga uses to carry any necessary weapons.

Blood Splashes and Her Iconic Mask Hint at the Villain’s Terrifying Power

The most unsettling part of Toga’s appearance is the chunky black and white mask she is often seen wearing. This intimidating apparatus is featured in the cosplay, affixed to the front of @im_jennjenn._’s face and wrapped around their neck. The sizable accessory is equipped with empty canisters and a needle attached to a long transparent tube, essential for Toga to extract and properly store her victim’s blood before activating her Quirk. To further depict Toga’s gruesome ability, the cosplayer has applied fake blood splatters to their clothing and the mask’s front.

My Hero Academia Somehow Made Himiko Toga Even More Depressing
The cosplayer has styled their hair into Toga’s iconic space buns with thick bangs and is wearing golden yellow contacts to mirror the villain’s eye color. Through photo editing, they have added splashes of bright red blood to the image, enhancing the portrayal’s chilling effect. Besides using her Quirk to deceive others and adopt entirely new identities, Toga is an adept combatant, proficient with various blades and knives, illustrating that she does not solely depend on her Quirk to succeed in battles.
Toga Is Among My Hero Academia’s Most Layered, Intricate, and Tragic Villains
Toga Joined the League to Better a Cruel World, in Her Distorted Perspective
While Toga is undeniably a villain, she is one of the most intricate figures among the League of Villains. Her tragic past, marked by being forced to suppress her innate Quirk and ultimately failing to do so, left her mentally scarred and drove her to join the League, seeking acceptance for herself and her Quirk. Convinced that society would never embrace her, she regrettably opted for the path of villainy. @im_jennjenn._ has adeptly captured this conflicted and, in many ways, tragic My Hero Academia villain, Toga, embodying both her physical appearance and complex personality.
